View product detailsJiaxin Factory Workflow
Jiaxin reviews the requested model against the route and turns the confirmed requirements into a controlled production and inspection file.
Confirm cable construction, fibre brand, materials, colour code, printing and tolerance before production.
Track colouring, tube extrusion, stranding, sheathing and armour steps required by the selected model.
Define attenuation, OTDR, dimensional and mechanical checks and the records required before shipment.
Confirm drum length, labels, moisture protection, loading plan and destination documents.
Jiaxin procurement checklist
Choose the indoor cable construction and termination method together. Jiaxin's procurement review separates bulk cable from factory-terminated assemblies so distributors can confirm jacket requirements, lengths, connector interfaces and packaging before placing a mixed order. An indoor designation alone is not evidence of a local fire classification.
| Order item | Information to supply | Approval risk |
|---|---|---|
| Strength member | GJXH or GJXFH drawing, metallic/non-metallic requirement and cable dimensions | Confirm the actual construction instead of relying only on an acronym. |
| Building requirement | Required jacket material, applicable fire classification and supporting documentation | LSZH material wording does not itself establish a regulatory fire rating. |
| Optical package | Fibre type, count, bend limits and installation method | Use the agreed datasheet limits; avoid a universal bend-radius claim. |
| Termination | Bulk reel or assembly; connector type, UPC/APC polish, ends and finished length | Confirm the receiving port and do not mix incompatible polish interfaces. |
| Distributor packing | Lengths per SKU, reel/coil format, labels and carton quantities | Keep bulk-cable and assembly labels distinguishable. |
Confirm the strength-member material and the agreed cable drawing. This category includes GJXFH as a non-metallic option, but dimensions, fibre specification and jacket requirements still need approval for the actual order.
No. State the required classification and documentation in the RFQ. Jacket material and fire-test classification are different requirements, and local acceptance must be checked against the project specification.
They can be requested in one BOM, but list them as separate SKUs with their own lengths, labels and acceptance requirements. Confirm feasible quantities, lead time and packing during the quotation review.
