Jiaxin connects the selected construction to the workshop process, test plan and export handover so the quotation can move into production without missing data.

Manufacturing checkpoints

Control inner sheath, armour overlap or wire lay, outer-sheath thickness, crush resistance, water blocking and continuity of the finished protection system.

Inspection plan

Confirm incoming fibre and material records, in-process dimensions and the final attenuation or OTDR sample plan. Mechanical tests are added according to the cable construction and contract.
03

Export handover

Match finished quantity to drum or carton labels, jacket printing, packing photos and loading list. The buyer receives the agreed test records and shipping document set before dispatch.
