View product detailsJiaxin Factory Workflow
Jiaxin reviews the requested model against the route and turns the confirmed requirements into a controlled production and inspection file.
Confirm cable construction, fibre brand, materials, colour code, printing and tolerance before production.
Track colouring, tube extrusion, stranding, sheathing and armour steps required by the selected model.
Define attenuation, OTDR, dimensional and mechanical checks and the records required before shipment.
Confirm drum length, labels, moisture protection, loading plan and destination documents.
Jiaxin procurement checklist
An OPGW order needs a utility-approved mechanical and electrical specification, not just a fibre count. Use the model cards to identify a construction family, then send the approved conductor drawing for manufacturing review. The factory quotation does not replace the line designer's approval.
| Order item | Information to supply | Approval risk |
|---|---|---|
| Construction | Unitube or stranded arrangement, outside diameter and approved drawing | Do not select by product name or photograph alone. |
| Optical package | Fibre count, fibre specification, colour code and test acceptance criteria | Keep the optical schedule consistent with the splice plan. |
| Electrical duty | Required short-circuit current, duration and initial/final temperature conditions | A current value without its duty conditions is incomplete. |
| Mechanical duty | Required strength, installation tension, span/loading data and hardware interfaces | The utility or line designer must confirm the design limits. |
| Supply schedule | Drum lengths, quantities, identification and destination documentation | Confirm joint locations before fixing drum lengths. |
No. Fibre count is one input; the approved conductor construction and mechanical and electrical duties also determine suitability. Request a reviewed drawing rather than assuming the two constructions are interchangeable.
List the required optical, dimensional, mechanical and electrical evidence in the purchase specification. Confirm which routine records and type-test evidence apply to the agreed design; do not assume every quotation includes every test.
Provide the approved OPGW diameter, hardware drawings and installation interfaces. Confirm compatibility and quantities separately; a general ADSS clamp listing is not proof that a fitting suits OPGW.
