Main cable and drop cable
Outdoor fiber optic cable may be used for feeder or distribution routes. FTTH drop cable is used for the final connection to homes, buildings or apartments.
Passive components
PLC splitters, splice closures, terminal boxes, adapters, fast connectors and patch cords should match the network design and fiber count.
Material matching matters
